Sorry folks.

Still am not in the mood to write a jolly holly christmas post.  It just ain’t happenin for me yet~

This morning when I woke up, I was feelin sorta insecure and jumpy.  I snuggled closer to my fella to try and settle down.  As soon as he got up to turn on the heat and make some coffee (he is such a good guy!) that jumpy feeling came back in a nice big I-just-want-to-jump-out-of-my-skin kind of way.

What the hell was this?

Then I remembered.

What is healing? Pretty darned tootin’ big question!

To get some help with this daunting question…I decided to consult with one of my oracles…my magic 8 ball:

Me:  Magic 8 Ball…can I find a definition for healing that works for everyone?

Yesterday, I was chatting with my brilliant friend Alix.  She was asking me how the hot flashes were going.  I told her about the ‘pillow in the freezer’ extravaganza (read previous post ). I explained to her that what I really needed was a cold pillow and wondered out loud if anyone made such a thing.

Well, all I can say is that it is so wonderful to have smart friends who know a lot about a lot.  She is one of those friends Thanks Alix! (more…)

The last few weeks have been a bit bumpy for me.  I had been having what I thought was IC pressure, but now I think it was the beginnings of a bladder infection.  Thanks to AZO strips I found out at home.  And Yes! it was an infection.  I was soooooooo relieved when the strip turned purple.  I would rather have a bladder infection than the other thing.  That IC thing that just shows up unannounced and acts like it can  hang out as long as it wants to. Good morning Lovely Reader~

I have recently become a very busy babe…a bazillion clients (Yay!), the radio show (which is on Monday’s at 2:00 PT…check out my blogtalkradio link to the right of this post…how’s that for mentioning the show Cynthia?)…plus blogging (which I haven’t been doing much of) and weeding the tons of weeds that have taken over our yard since the last rain. Oh, and the bathroom remodeling that is going on…and the book that I am writing which I finally thought of the best title for…Yay!!! (more…)
