If you have landed here on my website, chances are that you have done some form of self exploration.  You may have tried a variety of techniques that made you feel better at the time, but after a while, you found the same old issues sneaking back in. 

I've been through this myself and that's what set me on the hunt for strategies and methods that work long-term. I've discovered that it's true, as Gary Craig says, that “the cause of all negative emotion is a disruption in the energy system.”

That's why I now use energy modalities such as EFT and LEAP – because these have the power to clear these disruptions so that you start to feel better. And not just for a little while, but permanently. Old issues that used to trouble you, go away.  Old wounds find healing.  Patterns of behavior that have stopped you from thriving are replaced by behaviors that support your thriving.  You start to notice that things that used to bother you, no longer throw you off course anymore.

And it's nothing that you even have to believe before you start – you just try it and the results will speak for themselves.
