I can help you:

  • Find your internal voice and turn it up loud enough so that you can actually hear it. This will assist you in navigating the chronic illness journey.
  • Find ways to soften your internal critic so that you’re not spending all of your energy beating yourself up.
  • Clarify what you need and want from friends and family—and learn how to ask for it.
  • Integrate what’s happening with you in the present with what you most want for your future.
  • Re-connect with that playful, fun, joyful part of yourself!

I will use techniques such as EFT, LEAP, visualization, journaling, and art to support you to move through your process.  Many of these tools can be used on your own to provide you with support in between sessions.
