To prepare for this bankruptcy, my fella and I have to get together a bunch of paper work.  Part of this paper work entails adding up all that we made in each month of this last year in each of our businesses…and all that we spent each month of this last year in each of our businesses.

I have pretty folders that I keep all of my receipts in, and a pretty book that I write down all of the payments from my clients.  I also have a pretty purple calculator…and very cool pencils.   I gather all of my stuff and place it in organized piles on the kitchen table.  Oh, and I have good music on just to make this even more fun!

Good day!

Now that my youngest son has skidaddled to Arizona, and my oldest son is off to work early in the mornings, my fella and I have fun crankin up the tunes.  Since my boys do not like the kind of music we listen to…we tend to wait until they are out and about. In our house, its not my fella and I saying “can you turn that crap down?”  It’s my boys saying it to us!

Greetings you fabulous reader!

Last night I woke up with a start.  It was about 2:30 in the morning and something woke me up.  At first I thought it was a raccoon outside our window.  The raccoons around here talk to each other in the wee hours of the morning.  Have you ever heard a raccoon talk?  Quite the trippy sound!  Anyway, as I lay in bed listening intently, there was no sound coming from outside.  Since I couldn’t quiet the pounding in my chest, I decided to get up and take a peek out the window.  Nope.  Nothin.  Not a raccoon to be heard.

As I was returning to bed, I saw something out of the corner of my eye.  Crap!  The boogey monster is back.  I jumped into bed really fast…cuz if I am gonna face the boogey monster, I want to have my blankets and pillow to protect me! (more…)

First of all….I want to wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving (for those of you who are in the US)~  I am not big on the whole Turkey killing part of the festivities…but, I am into the whole pick a bunch of fruit and put them in a pie thing!  So while a large portion of the US is eating turkeys..I am going to be eating potatoes, stuffing and pie:)  YUMMY!

I want to spend some time focusing on gratitude…on positive aspects

Okay.  So after my long day yesterday of Facebook this and Twitter that and Podcast this segment and that…working with fabulous clients…oh and posting a blog…and trying to figure out why my IV coffee drip had stopped working after only 6 hours of constant coffee infusions….I decided to end my work day and take a bath.

I ran the water and put in some lovely herbs to make things smell wonderful.  I got in.  Took a sip of tea.   Opened my brand new “More” magazine and got ready for a nice read.

I woke up this morning with a light feeling inside my belly.  The fella that I voted for is going to be the next President of the United States.  I am thrilled that so many people from different belief systems, from different religions, from different political views…from different histories…came together to elect this man to the highest office in the land.  OVERWHELMINGLY!!!!!

Yay us!  Yay this country!

Now…we have a lot of work to do to clean up all of these messes!
